Reizēm (piemēram šodien) uznāk brīži, kad tu pārstāj censties un sāc būt.

Tu vienkārši esi un saproti, ka tu drīksti būt. Tā ir tik fantastiska sajūta!

Tev nevienam nekas nav jāpierāda, nekas nav jānopelna, nekas nav jāizcīna...

Hallelujah!

Tu nebaidies būt muļķīgs un neveikls. Tu pat nebaidies kļūdīties! Vot, tā ir brīvība!

Šķiet ir tikai viena vieta, kur tā var justies... Dievs. Un, ja ir kāds cilvēks, kurš var ļaut tā justies, tad tā ir augstākā pilotāža!

Un es zinu, ka rīt no rīta man būs jāatgriežas kontaktlēcu pasaulē. Būs jāpierāda priekšniekam, ka spēju... Būs jāizcīna klientu labvēlība. Un galu galā būs jānopelna alga.

Bet tas būs rīt...

Pats no Sevis

Nekas šajā dzīvē nenotiek pats no sevis.

Labi, varbūt nezāles pašas par sevi aug. Bet tās aug, jo neviens tās neizravē. Arī Zeme pati joprojām griežas, bet tas tāpēc, ka Dieva žēlastība ir liela.

Bet ja runā par kādiem sasniegumiem, mērķiem un pat par ikdienu, tad nekas nenotiek tikai tāpēc, ka es tā vēlos, tā pēc loģikas būtu jābūt, vai arī tāpēc, ka nav iemesla nebūt. "Kāpēc ne?" ikdienā nav motivātors lietām notik pašām no sevis. Vai ne, Ulvi?

Cik ļoti es vēlētos, lai es pats tā automātiski no rītiem pieceltos. Ideālā variantā arī gulta pati varētu saklāties. Bet nē! Tā ir mana izvēle celties, klāt gultu, pavingrot, ja ir labs garīgais, un iet mazgāt zobus. Nekas no tā visa nenotiek pats no sevis. Tā ir mana izvēle lasīt Bībeli, lūgt, darīt vai nedarīt kādas lietas.

Nekas tā vienkārši rokās neiekritīs. Arī bungas spēlēt man jāmācās un cītīgāk jātrennējās, ja gribu to darīt labi. Tā ir izvēle.

Ķipa, izvēlies, ko vēlies, un skaties, ko izvēlējies. (bija tāda reklāma kādreiz).

Grūtākais, reizēm, ir saprast, ko izvēlēties...

Uzvara

Diez, ko Viņš tajā brīdī domāja, sēžot uz ēzeļa...

Jēzus uzvaras gājiens Jeruzālemē-Viņš jau tad zināja, ko maksās šī uzvara. Tie cilvēki tik to nezināja. Bet tā bija UZVARA! Un tas bija vienīgais veids, kā to sasniegt. Jēzus mīlestība ir tik LIELA!

Šī ir tā patiesība, kas dara mūs BRĪVUS. Es gribu būt brīvs! Es gribu uzvarēt! Acīm šķietamais zaudējums var izrādīties mūsu lielākā uzvara.

Es labprāt būtu veiksmīgs pasaulē, tomēr, ja man ir jāizvēlas, es labāk vēlos būt bagāts Dieva.

Es gribu būt laimīgs! Vislaimīgākie cilvēki pasaulē ir tie, kas atsaucas Dieva aicinājumam un seko Viņa balsij.

Es mīlu Jēzu. Es mīlu Viņu, cik vien labi es māku. Bet es gribu mīlēt Viņu vairāk! Viņš mani pirmais mīlējis. Es gribu mīlēt Viņu vairāk - ar visu, kas man ir! Ar visu, kas es esmu!

Jēzu, māci mani mīlēt!

Man vajag ticību! Es nekad neuzzināšu vai tiešām varēšu staigāt pa ūdens virsu, ja nesperšu soli. Es nejautāju, vai tu TICI,ka ūdens būs ciets pamats, bet gan vai tu UZTICIES Jēzum?

Augt un mācīties

Mēs katrs, kad bijām mazi, sākumā bijām pilnīgi atkarīgi no mammas. Laikam ejot mēs tikām atradināti no mammas krūts un mācīti lietot pudelīti. Pamazām mums atņēma arī pudelīti un mācīja dzert no bērnu krūzītes un ēst no karotītes, kuru turēja mamma. Visbeidzot mūs iemācīja dzert no lielās krūzes un pašiem turēt karotīti. Un tiem, kuriem paveicās, vecāki iemācīja lietot arī dakšiņu un nazīti. Protams, ka šajos pārejas posmos ēdiens un dzēriens iespējams vairāk nonāca visur citur, nekā mūsu mutēs, bet mēs mācījāmies un augām. Ar katru posmu mēs kļuvām mazāk atkarīgi no vecākiem un arvien labāk spējām paēst paši. Kādiem no mums jau ir, kādiem vēl tikai būs bērni, kuriem mēs arī mācīsim to pašu.

Vienīgais veids kā mēs varam turpināt augt un mācīties, ir palīdzēt to darīt kādam citam!

Love and Truth

Some time ago I read an article in local magazine about a Latvian journalist who time to time preaches at the church! Everybody knows and he himself has admitted that he is a practicing homosexual! I know this topic is very controversial and I am not trying to offend anyone but these are just my thoughts after thinking about it yesterday...
I think we should love homosexuals as we love murderers, prisoners, adulterers, liars, thieves and any other people. We really should! We should accept them in our churches, drink tea with them, laugh at their jokes, watch movies together and pray with them and for them. But we should never lie to them! We should never tell them that it's ok to be the way they are, that it's ok to practice homosexuality!This particular church and particular journalist thinks that they love homosexuals and are doing them favor by allowing them getting married and encouraging their homosexual lifestyle! It's all wrong! It's all the other way around!Bible is very clear about homosexuality: "25 They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen. 26That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. 27 And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men, and as a result of this sin, they suffered within themselves the penalty they deserved." [Romans 1, NLT]Yes, it's true that God loves them the way they are! God loves every single person on this Earth! But it doesn't mean that every single person goes to heaven! Only those who repent from sin and accept the gift of eternal life can stand before God blameless... So if we tell them that it's ok to be the way they are, we lie! And if we lie we don't love them! If we truly love them we tell them truth as Bibles says: "32 And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free." [John 8, NLT] It is the truth that can set these people free!If you love them, tell them the truth! Of course do it the way Jesus would do it! Once someone asked me a question: "Why it is so that Christians are very active against homosexuality! Isn't it the same sin as killing, stealing and lying?" I was not sure what to answer then, but yesterday (no idea why) I was just thinking about all these things and realized that it's because people who kill, steal or lie don't go around saying that it's ok to do that! There are no churches for practicin gkillers, or professional thieves! It's just because homosexuals want to be accepted to try to prove they are as normal as everyone else! And they are! ButI bet inside them they have this feeling that something is not quite right so they try to make other people say they are ok so they would feel ok! Remember: "12For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places." [Ephesians 6, NLT]
Love people, hate sin and tell the truth so the truth can set them free!!!
